Dry Cleaning for Suits, Silk and Delicates

Solvent takes the place of water here, and grease and body oils dissolve in it. Fibres do not swell, which means dye stays put and sizes hold. Tailored jackets also keep the inner canvas and padding that give them form. Before any of this, someone looks over each garment for marks, loose buttons and fragile trims.

Dry Cleaning Questions

Ask on WhatsApp
What does dry cleaning cost in Singapore?

A two-piece suit costs S$16.70 and a shirt costs S$5. You pay per item, and we confirm the total before the driver sets off.

  • Three-piece suit: S$20
  • Jacket or blazer: S$13.30
  • Evening dress: S$21.70
  • Winter jacket: S$40
How quickly will my dry cleaning be ready?

It will be ready in 24 hours from collection. An urgent suit or dress collected by 2 PM can often return that day.

Which clothes need dry cleaning?

Wool suits, silk, cashmere, tailored coats and beaded or sequinned dresses need it, because water can shrink or mat them. Plain cotton shirts usually do better with clean and press.

Can a kebaya or cheongsam be dry cleaned?

Yes, and the price matches a normal dress at S$13.30. We check fabric, embroidery and fastenings first, and silk or heavy beading goes through solvent to keep the detail.

Is dry cleaning actually dry?

No, it uses a liquid solvent, and the name only means water is left out. That is what helps wool and tailoring hold their size.

Which stains does solvent shift best?

Oily ones such as perfume oil, makeup and grease shift best, along with the build-up on collars and cuffs. Kopi and juice get a hand treatment first, free of charge.

Could I just wash a Dry Clean Only piece at home?

We would not recommend it, since home washing can shrink fabric, make dye run or spoil the inside of a jacket. Solvent after a hand check is the safer route.

Do you take sarees and sherwanis?

Yes, each costs S$13.30 to dry clean. Solvent helps silk hold its size and zari keep its shine, and every piece comes back under a cover.
