Grit works its way down to the backing of a rug, and folds in curtains can trap months of dust. Carpets are beaten on both sides ahead of washing, then rinsed until no soap remains. Curtains get whatever treatment their fabric allows, plus a press and a fold at the end. Drying takes most of our time, because anything slightly damp will soon smell in tropical humidity.

What does curtain cleaning cost?
Plain curtains cost S$6.70 per sqm and blackout curtains cost S$8.30 per sqm. They reach you pressed and folded for rehanging.
How long will my carpet be away?
It will be away for up to 72 hours, and drying fills most of that time. We confirm your return day at pickup.
How do I work out my carpet's area?
Multiply the length by the width in metres, then apply your rate. For example, 3 x 2 m is 6 sqm, charged at S$6.70 per sqm for a regular carpet.
Is it safe for kids and pets afterwards?
Yes, we rinse each carpet thoroughly and dry it completely, so no soap stays behind. Everyone can walk on it once it is down.
Will the colours run on wool or viscose?
No, because wool gets a cool wash with its own cleaner and viscose gets a low-moisture method. A picture lets us pick the method before pickup.
Do you clean carpets in my home?
No, this is an off-site service, so we take the piece away and return it clean and dry. Roll carpets and unhook curtains before the driver comes, if you can.
Are carpets and curtains cleaned the same way?
No, even though the standard rate is S$6.70 per sqm for both. Carpets get beaten, washed, rinsed and dried, whereas curtains are treated by fabric and pressed.
