Laundrykhalas collects laundry from your door in Singapore and brings it back. To do that we need a small amount of personal information: where you are, how to reach you, and what you sent us. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it.

1. Information We Collect

Your name, the phone number you book on and the WhatsApp number we send updates to, which may be a different number if you tell us so.

Your collection address: the wilayat, area, building and street, and the flat, villa or room number. You may also give us a landmark and directions such as a gate code, which exist so a driver can reach your door.

The location you pin on the map, if you use it. That pin is a pair of coordinates and is optional; a typed address is enough.

What you ordered, any instructions you attached to a service, and any photographs you chose to send with the order.

Basic technical information when you use the site, such as the pages requested. We do not build advertising profiles from it.

2. How We Use It

To collect, clean and return your order, and to reach you about it, for example to confirm a slot, ask about a stain or tell you when the driver is close.

To pass what the driver and the facility need: the address to collect from, and any instructions about the garments.

To keep a record of what we cleaned for you, so an order can be traced if something is disputed.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. WhatsApp and Messaging

Most bookings happen on WhatsApp. Those conversations are carried by WhatsApp and handled under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

We keep the thread with you so the history of your orders is available to whoever picks up your next message, rather than asking you to explain it again.

4. Maps and Address Lookup

The booking form shows a map so you can pin your building. That map is provided by Google, and loading it sends your browser's request to Google under Google's own privacy policy.

When you drop a pin, its coordinates are sent to a mapping service to turn them into a street address, so the form can fill the address in for you. Only the coordinates are sent, not your name, your phone number or your order.

The address the lookup returns is shown to you and stays editable. You are never required to use the map: typing your address does the same job.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at collection or on delivery, by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash.

We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are processed by the payment provider, which handles the card data under its own security obligations.

6. Who Sees Your Information

Our own staff: the drivers who collect and deliver, and the facility team who handle your items. Each sees what their job needs and no more.

Service providers who make the service work, for messaging, mapping and payment, each limited to what is described above.

Anyone we are legally required to disclose to under the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Nobody else.

7. How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept while you remain a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, so a past order can be traced and so we can meet our accounting and tax obligations in Singapore.

Photographs you attach to an order are kept only as long as they are useful to the work they relate to.

Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to keep a record.

8. Your Rights

Under the laws of the Republic of Singapore you have rights over your personal data, including the right to be told what we hold, to get a copy, to have anything wrong corrected, to ask for deletion, and to withdraw your consent.

To use any of those rights, message us on the number you book on, or email enquiries@laundrykhalas.com. We do not charge for a request.

9. Changes and Contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
