How do I book a pickup?
Send us a WhatsApp message with your location pin and a time. That is the whole process, with no app or account.
Can I book for later today or tomorrow?
Yes. Pick any slot from 8 AM to 11 PM, and tell us if it is for another day.
Can I set a regular weekly pickup?
Yes. Tell us your usual day and time in the chat and we keep it as your slot.
Which areas do you cover?
The service areas page has a map you can search. If your street is not shown, send your pin and we will check.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, without charge until the driver sets off. Use the same chat.
What does wash and fold cost?
S$20 for a 6 kg bag and S$33 for a 12 kg bag, with S$4 for each kilo over the limit.
How much is one shirt?
S$5 cleaned and pressed, or S$3 for pressing alone. Trousers and jeans are S$6.
How much is a kebaya or cheongsam?
Both are priced as a normal dress, S$13.30. Silk or heavily beaded pieces may go to solvent cleaning.
Is delivery free?
Yes, from S$10. Two shirts at S$5 each already reach it. Below S$10, delivery is S$3.30.
Do prices change by area?
No. The same list applies wherever we collect in Singapore.
How fast is pickup?
A driver reaches you within 60 minutes of the time you book.
How fast do I get it back?
Standard laundry returns within 24 hours. Collected by 2 PM, it can return the same day.
Which items take longer?
Duvets take up to 48 hours, carpets and curtains up to 72 hours. Specialist work is timed when we quote it.
Can you collect from a void deck or condo lobby?
Yes. Hand it over there or leave it outside your door, and add a note if your condo has guard or lift rules.
Do you collect on weekends?
Yes, Saturday and Sunday run on the same 8 AM to 11 PM hours.
Is my order washed separately?
Yes. It never shares a machine with another household's laundry.
Wash and fold or clean and press?
Wash and fold is by the bag, for everyday clothes and towels. Clean and press is by the piece, for shirts and dresses you want on hangers.
What should stay out of a wash and fold bag?
Silk, wool and beaded pieces. They belong with solvent cleaning, so send them separately.
Do you treat stains?
Yes, at no extra charge. Tell us about the mark when you book, or send a photo, since it helps to treat it before washing.
Can I ask for fragrance-free detergent?
Yes. Mention it once in the chat and it stays on your order.
Why do my clothes smell musty after drying at home?
Damp clothes that dry slowly in humid air can start to smell. We tumble dry each load fully, so nothing goes back into your cupboard still damp.
How can I pay?
Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, or cash. Tell us in the chat which suits you.
When do I pay?
At collection or on delivery. Cash is handed to the driver.
Is the quoted price final?
Figures before pickup are estimates. We confirm the total after weighing and counting, and tell you before cleaning if it changes.
Do you serve offices and shops?
Yes. Offices, salons, cafes and other businesses book like homes do, at the same list prices.
Can a business have a regular day?
Yes. Fix a day for uniforms and linen, and we keep it as your standing pickup.
