Must clothes be washed first for press only?
Yes, we only press pieces that have been washed. Ironing can lock sweat and marks into the fabric, so worn pieces should go to clean and press, where a shirt is S$5.
How does press only differ from clean and press?
Press only irons clothes you have already washed, while clean and press washes them first. A shirt costs S$3 with the first and S$5 with the second.
Can you add starch to my shirts?
Yes, ask for light, medium or firm in your WhatsApp message. One level applies to the whole order, so place a second order for a second level.
Will pressing make dark clothes shiny?
No, dark crepe gets low heat from the inside, leaving a matte surface. It returns smooth on a hanger under a cover.
Is steam safe for delicate fabric?
No, because we turn the heat down and place a cloth over delicate pieces. Trims and beading are worked around rather than pressed.
Can ironing be collected and returned the same day?
Yes, if the driver has them by 2 PM. Otherwise allow 24 hours, and expect the driver at your HDB flat or condo lobby inside 60 minutes.
Is there a limit on how many pieces I can send?
No, send one shirt or a full wardrobe. Share the count on WhatsApp for a confirmed total ahead of pickup. Below S$10 there is a S$3.30 delivery charge.
