Laces, insoles, soles and uppers are all cleaned by hand, using the right method for each material. Shoes dry at room temperature so the glue and foam hold their shape.
We check what the bag is made of before anything touches it. Leather gets a gentle clean and conditioner, canvas and nylon are washed by hand, buckles and zips are polished, and the lining is vacuumed.
We also take backpacks and suitcases. Scuffs come off the shell and grit is cleared from wheels and handles.

We read the care label and clean each removable cover the way its fabric needs. Tea and food marks are treated first, then the cover is dried and pressed so it slips back on at its original size.
A favourite toy collects dust and dribble well below the fur. We wash by hand with a detergent made for children, sanitise the filling, dry it right to the centre and brush the fur until it is soft again.

A duvet costs S$16.70 and a blanket S$10. They are cleaned in big commercial machines and dried fully, so the filling holds no damp. Because they are bulky, allow up to 48 hours.
A 60 °C wash kills dust mites and clears the fine dust that collects on bedding. You can also ask for unscented detergent if anyone at home has sensitive skin.
Towels turn stiff when detergent and old softener build up in the fabric. We bring them back with a hot wash and no softener, and they return folded and ready for the bathroom.
